A Sneak Peak Into The Ifc Mini Mba Of Womenpreneur Pitch-A-Ton Africa
As part of its promise to continuously provide financial and business skills to female entrepreneurs, the leading retail bank in Nigeria, Access Bank Plc has unveiled the third edition of its Womenpreneur Pitch-a-ton program.
The Womenpreneur Pitch-a-ton Africa 2021 Campaign is designed to provide female-owned businesses across Africa an opportunity to access finance and world-class business training as well as mentoring opportunities. This program has been designed to create an enabling environment for female entrepreneurs to grow their businesses.
The Womenpreneur Pitch-a-ton Africa 2021 will provide up to N9 million in financial grants and a unique capacity-building program aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs. The program is designed as a 3-month period incorporating pitching sessions and 8 weeks of mini-MBA training in collaboration with the IFC.
One of the benefits of the Womenpreneur Pitch-A-Ton Africa is the IFC Mini MBA program.
The IFC Mini MBA program is a unique course package, designed to enhance management and leadership skills through core managerial modules and mind-sets for SMEs. The program will address the lack of access to entrepreneurial skills, networking, and management skills which are the key barriers to women’s economic inclusion and the realization of their full potential.
The program entails courses in digital marketing, selling and pricing strategies, positioning yourself in the market, financial statements analysis, selling skills, e.t.c. as well as intensive coaching sessions.

Eligibility Criteria
Women above 18yrs old who:
- Are resident in Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, Zambia, Sierra Leone, Gambia, & Congo;
- Own and manage their own business in the above countries.
